This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you use the Richie website or web application, create or manage an account, connect a Stripe account through Stripe Connect, or communicate with us. Richie does not process payments directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Richie does not control how Stripe processes personal information.

We collect identifiers such as name, email address, business name, account credentials, Stripe Connect metadata, transaction status information, communications, device data, and usage logs. Richie does not collect or store full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or government-issued identification documents.

We use personal information to operate and support the platform, enable Stripe Connect onboarding, provide customer support, communicate service updates, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
