TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective as of January 1, 2026

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between MeneGroup, Inc., doing business as Richie ("Richie") and you.

1. Platform Description
Richie is a software platform. Richie is not a bank, payment processor, ormoney transmitter. Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

3. Stripe Connect
You must connect a Stripe account to accept payments. Stripe controls paymentprocessing, payouts, disputes, and compliance.

4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your business, customers, pricing, refunds, and compliance with law.

5. Fees
Fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Stripe fees are separate.

6. Intellectual Property
Richie owns the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Termination
Richie may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided as-is.

9. Limitation of Liability
Richie’s liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Governing Law
Delaware State law applies.
